I don’t think that “smooth” is the best adjective they could have chosen for this tea. It is flat and loud but bitter in flavour and somewhat tannic.

I am a Tea and Chocolate Specialist in Texas, proudly employed by a large organic retailer. Also an artist, also would rather be barefoot.

I favor greens and spiced tisanes, pouchong oolong and a good white tea, but I’m not a big fan of fruit teas or hibiscus. A black tea has to be very very special for me to like it.
