drank Alishan by Guru Teas
18 tasting notes

Today, I decided to drink again an Alishan (wulong from Taiwan) to complete my notes for the blog. It’s really an excellent tea but a little bit complex to describe: it’s floral (lilac? Jasmine?) and a little bit sweet (coconut, corn). I was very concentrating on the coconut because it’s not a dominate taste: it’s the aftertaste and it’s very delicate. This is what I like with oolong in general! ;) And I used Gongfu Cha technique to drink this tea!

Preparation
205 °F / 96 °C 7 g 3 OZ / 100 ML

Hi!

Before to present myself, I would like to say that English is not my first language. So, if you see some mistakes, please send me a polite message to correct that! Thank you!

My name is Rachel and I live in Montreal with my boyfriend since many years now. I’m a tea drinker since more than 12 years and I really enjoy to drink nature and/or flavoured. English is not my first language, so I do my best!
