37 Tasting Notes
I got this tea as part of the whole fall collection set, and was planning on giving this one to my mom, since I didn’t think I’d like it. Berry teas don’t generally work for me, and especially not ones with hibiscus. Still, I gave it a go, and I’m glad I did. The hibiscus was not over powering and the slight hint of tartness mixed with cinnamon spices makes it good. Not great, but something I could see myself being in the mood for every now and then.
Not overly chocolatey, but it has just the right balance of sweet mint and a hint of chocolate to make it delicious. If you just want chocolate, this might not satisfy that craving, but if you want something light and sweet for after dinner on a cold night, this is perfect.
This tea somewhat surprised me. I’m not usually a fan of plainer teas, I like sweet and spicy teas with more complex flavours. However, this was a fairly plain tea with just a hint of fruitiness (but not in a tart, hibiscus-y way), and I really enjoyed it.
