One of my favorites. Right now I have a whole pot of it sitting beside me.

Great tea with a vibrant taste. Notes of vanilla and fruit, deep flavor.

Smelled a lot stronger and minty than it tasted, unfortunately.

Steeped a bit longer than usual today, and the green tea flavor has come out a lot more. The tropical flavors have been relegated to the background. Not sure if I like or dislike this development.

Are you drinking the loose or bag version?

Bethany

Loose; just bought a 4oz bag from Mighty Leaf’s website. But before that I was drinking the bagged version every so often, and I can’t really tell a difference.

This is the first Mighty Leaf tea I really loved, and it’s still delicious. The green tea is nice and smooth and light, and the unidentifiable tropical flavors linger in the background with a nice sweetness. There’s something in this that makes it almost taste lightly carbonated to me – I have no clue what it is, and I could be losing my mind, but it makes it all the better.

Carbonated?

Bethany

Yeah, it’s weird.. this stuff kind of dances on my tongue like a soda would.

Maybe someone snuck in some pop rocks;) I think I’ve actually seen some pop rock tea somewhere before…

I got in this in an ML variety pack and fell in LOVE with it, but haven’t gotten around to buying more. Was so glad to see it.

From a delicious brunch. This got bitter way too quickly. I’ve had this before and it’s just okay.

Luckily the event was at a hotel that had tons of Mighty Leaf bags out, so..

A very mellow oolong. Very good. Beautiful, clear, deep copper liquor.

24 hours it is!! Previously, I had cold brewed this tea for 8 hours, it was okay. A full 24 hours makes a nice ice tea. Jasmine Flavor is much more pronounced.

Cold Brewed in the Fridge for 8 hours with the Travel Buddy. Cut open two pouches.
Trying a full 24 hours tomorrow. Light and refreshing as an ice tea. Still taste the undercurrents of the jasmine with only an 8 hour brew time.

My current I-just-arrived-at-work-and-need-to-wake-up tea. No milk, no sugar. (I never take milk or sugar.)

From the nose, I am getting a pan-seared scent. The leafs seems to have been over fired, which would give this green an atypical malty attribute (weird, I know). From the taste, there is a distinct butter and nut flavor. The butter is more of an undertone and is hidden behind the subtle “nutiness” and predominate “maltiness.” The nutty flavor could be compared to a chestnut. It is definitely not a common household nut. The tea is light weight with a clean finish.

This is a wonderful blend of fruit and tea. The mango isn’t overpowering – just the perfect amount. This would be great iced! :9

This tea has a very pleasant vanilla aroma to accompany it very classical oolong flavor—i.e., an earthy, raw flavor. I thoroughly enjoy this tea and recommend to anyone trying to get into oolongs but wanting something a little lighter on the pallet.
