left my tea to brew and forgot about until I was half way to the dmv. Poured and reheated it when I got home. Plus, I’m out of milk. Good thing I don’t mind my tea really dark and dry. It’s on the bitter side but not undrinkable.

Preparation
200 °F / 93 °C 8 min or more 1 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

Hello! I am new to the steepster community, but I’ve been drinking tea for over 10 years now.
When I first got into tea, I would only drink plain black teas- preferably Twinning’s- as strong as I could make them. It took quite a while for me to branch out and try some new things. Even then I stuck to plain green tea and one or two herbal teas. Although I’ve made a lot of progress, I’m still always looking for new things to try!
I am a first year teacher at the high school level.
