This is a wonderful tea. I liked it best steeped for 2.5 minutes at 90-95 C. The mild floral sweetness of the bouquet only hints at the muscat grape flavour. With just a touch of unpasteurized honey, this became my go-to tea for morning and mid-afternoons.

Although labelled a ‘black tea’, like many first flush Darjeeling teas, it is far more akin to an oolong.
