Today I’m trying Strawberry Ginger. I use a larger cup (12oz instead of 8) so I also use a bit more tea than recommended. (2 1/4 tsp instead of 1 1/2 tsp)
I made the tea twice, the 1st time I added no sweetener. I found it tart and rather understated. It smelled good, like a sun-warmed field of strawberries, but I didn’t find that the flavour delivered on that promise.
I then tried it with 2tsp of splenda. I thought it was marginally better… the tartness was gone, but I still found it lacking – I couldn’t discern a gingery flavour to this tea at all, sweetened or not, and I’m one of those individuals who LOVES ginger.
All in all, it’s not a nasty tea, I’d certainly drink it, but it wasn’t good enough that I’d spend the $ to buy it again.

My favourite tea ever! Wish it was readily available in the part of Canada where I live (Northern Ontario) Apparently it is now available in British Columbia. I like very spicy teas – as long as they’re sweet too, and this fits the bill!

Called “Throat Formula” in Canada, however it has the same ingredients (except they’re not all organic) and quantities. I can’t remember exactly how it tasted, but it wasn’t bad!

Hard to find now, But it really does help with bad moods/depression. Just breathing the steam off it while it’s brewing helps to lift the mood!

Do you know where I can get this tea? I have been looking for the past couple of weeks but everything seems to be out of stock. If you know anyone who still has some in inventory, please let me know…

I have so many teas that aren’t listed here… and so many of the ones listed aren’t available in Canada =( Over the next couple days/weeks I’m planning to add my entire tea “library” but many of the loose leaf ones I didn’t overly enjoy, and so didn’t make note of where I got them…
