I over-steeped this the first time so this is round 2! This tastes so much better with a little cream added as it really helps bring out the richness of the caramel. This is what I would consider to be a “light” dessert tea because the caramel and chocolate flavors are there but subtle.

Thank you Courtney for introducing me to Simpson & Vail! I love me some dessert teas. ;-D

200 °F / 93 °C 4 min, 45 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML

I would have thought the flavor would be stronger based on how strong the dry leaf smell is. I’m using mine as potpourri. jk :P
