Almost ended up with burnt white tea thanks to the Teavana bag. Be sure to go by the booklet at the store not the bag. They told me on the bag to steep it for 5 minutes! 2 was just enough to give a delicate taste and subtle pineapple flavor, which is key in my opinion to a good white tea. Although I must add that if you want the pineapple flavor more pronounced let the finished tea sit after brewing for about 10 minutes before drinking. The pineapple seems to develop with time. I may need to try this iced soon for that very reason. Very good. I would repurchase.
