An absolutely wonderful tea. It has much better adaptogenic effects than any of the herbs that I have tried so far, including Panax ginseng. Since I drink it mainly for its adaptogenic properties, I normally use slightly higher water temperatures (cca. 90 °C), and relatively long incubation times (15-25 minutes) for the better gypenoside extraction. Nevertheless, despite these “harsh” conditions, the tea has a very nice, round, and mellow taste. Absolutely enjoyable!
