Steepster Bug Status Thread
Super weird! I just looked and my dashboard is showing a tasting note from seven minutes ago (with time stamp), and I can edit both notes and my own discussion posts. I wonder if the breakdown hit you first!
It was working on my phone almost right away but tablet had Log In button where YOU should be. Seems to be fixed now.
Dashboard seems to be stalled or maybe it is just me. Tasting note has not appeared on dashboard, doesn’t show in recent activity, does come up under Browse.
Strangely, I see other notes newer than yours but I still don’t see yours in my dashboard…
This happened to me once as well, never found out what the reason was.
Mark T Wendell commented on the 2025 Summer Decaf and Herbal TTB and appears to be a bot.
Yeah, spam, and just a little amusing too, as the AI misunderstood the meaning of TTB as to be for travelers heh!
I still don’t see any posts in my dashboard. Is the site continuing to have issues?
I also don’t have a dashboard, and the tea database gives an error if you try searching for anything, so no one will be able to post new reviews.
I believe the dashboard resets when they restart the backend, so you will need to use the Explore tab to view any notes you missed. New notes will still appear, but no one can post right now.
It gives me an error as well when I search for teas. Looks like it’s still broken. :(
Tried to send a message about the above issues to info@steepster.com, but it bounced saying they didn’t accept my email :/
I’ve already emailed them multiple times, they were updating the server on the backend. I just sent another email asking about the tea pages not working.

Latest Adagio response:
“We are still working on all the updates; it may be a few more days before everything is running smoothly once more.”
Dashboard is still not populating, but I was able to write a tasting note.
