85 Tasting Notes
I feel it is important to start off by saying that I am not a fan of anything peach and will often avoid anything to do with peaches (mixed fruit dishes, deserts, juices, etc…). I intended to serve this tea iced for my family and instead this morning make a hot brew just for myself (taking a huge risk)
The scent dried is amazing, not overly peachy and very pleasant. The colour is lovely and my children always enjoy watching it brew to see what colour it will end up being. The tasted once brewed is surprisingly pleasant and not over powering. I picked up a hint of peach, but other flavours such as the blackberries and pineapple. It was very pleasant to drink and I may have to tell people that I finally enjoyed something with peach in it.

I love this tea from Starbucks. It is the only thing I order when I visit with a friend every few months.
I was first introduced to the tea in 2008 while attending a friends wedding in Ottawa. I was really thirsty and I am not a coffee drinker. I was not feeling the hot tea that day and told my husband to get me something cold. He came out with the Iced Green Tea Lemonade and I was hooked!!
It is the perfect combination of sweet and sour.
I received two 5g sample packs in two separate online orders from DavidsTea, which was perfect since I wanted to try the tea before purchasing more of the product. I have only tried the tea hot brewed and have enjoyed it greatly. My children and I enjoy watching the colours change as it steeps – goes from a light purple to a red colour.
The flavour is amazing, which makes me want to try it as an iced tea as well. It is comforting to sip while reading a good book or watching my children play outside. I would not say that it is overly watermelon flavoured though. The smell of the dried leaves reminds me more of a floral scent and the brewed scent reminds more of carrots. The taste though is delicious and refreshing with more of a melon flavour.

These tea bags (filters) are absolutely amazing! They fit perfectly into my Contego travel mug without causing leaking (I like to leave my tea bag steeping as I drink). I bought the tin of 100 pack and at .17 cents a filter, I would recommend them to everyone!
