Catnip can help with everything from digestion to migraines to anxiety. And while this may not be the best tasting herb ever, it’s on the more mild side overall. I would buy/drink it again for the medicinal properties.

drank Papaya leaf by Celebration Herbals

Papaya leaf has some great health benefits, but the taste of this is hard to deal with. I love Celebration Herbals huge selection of organic, one-herb teas, but there are others that taste better and are also healthy so I probably wouldn’t buy this again.

drank Rooibos Chai by Numi Organic Tea

I’m not normally into Chai tea, but this is one of my favorites that I’ve tried. The chai and rooibos flavors blend well together, without being too harsh or bitter like some types of chai, or too earthy like some types of rooibos.

This is one of my favorite takes on one of my favorite types of tea, turmeric ginger. I like that it’s not too overwhelming or bitter, but a calm, more subtle version.

This tea doesn’t play around — every ingredient in it helps with digestion, from fennel to ginger, peppermint, licorice root, and anise. I don’t like the taste much (kind of bitter and heavy), but this tea is a great deal medicinally, especially for less than four bucks at Target.

I loved the idea of this, and while it did indeed have a “sugar cookie” taste, it was way too cloying for me. It almost tasted like drinking butter. However, the friend I tried it with enjoyed it, so I don’t think it’s inherently bad, just depends on your personal taste/preferences.

Perfectly decent peppermint tea, not too bitter or bland. I don’t like it quite as much as Yogi Purely Peppermint, but I would still definitely drink it again, and it’s great for calming you down and for soothing upset stomachs.

drank Star Anise by Badia Spices, Inc.

Star anise is good for digestion and stomach upset, and this is packed full of it, seemingly with no other additives/ingredients. Each box only has ten tea bags, but the price is cheap enough to make it worth it. Tastes very strongly of licorice, which I don’t like, but still has that warm, soothing bright feeling that good teas do.

I like the subtle, calming mellow taste of this tea. Marshmallow has a whole host of health benefits, so this tea is great for you physically without having any of the bitter/nasty tastes of some other herbs.

drank Organic Milk Thistle Tea by Alvita

I don’t like the taste of this at all, but I don’t think that has anything to do with this brand/type but rather milk thistle tea in general. It’s very cloudy/milky, and not the most pleasant going down. (To me it tastes like ramen water before you add the flavor powder.) However, it has good health benefits, so if you’re drinking it solely for that reason it’s clearly strong in milk thistle.
