drank Peaches & Cream by DAVIDsTEA

Ewwwwwwwww.

What the hell is that !?

It was the one I was the most excited about. I love peach flavored tea and peaches & cream sounded amazing.

The smell alone is too much for me. I have no idea what it tastes like, but I took one sip and threw the rest of my cup away. Horrible.

Ewwwwwww again.

I’m drinking it cold this morning despite the snow storm outside (how many more of these do we have to go through until winter is finally over?)

Hot, it was yellow and tasted more pineapple than blueberry. Cold, it’s purple and tastes a looooot like blueberry. I love this blend.

drank Cool Cucumber by DAVIDsTEA

I wasn’t sure about this one. Very intrigued, yes, but not sure at all I would like it. Cucumber in a tea? Really? How weird ! I didn’t know what to expect.

Wow !

I haven’t tried it hot yet, I let it cold-steep all night and all day and now I’m drinking it very cold. It’s great, so refreshing and new and exciting ! It smells so fresh and natural and it tastes exactly like it should. The cucumber is very present and surprisingly nice, and the mint is definately a nice and delicate touch. Love it.

I have too much tea already, and yet I couldn’t resist. And I couldn’t wait. I HAD TO get David’s spring collection RIGHT AWAY.

This one is the first I try. It’s amazing !!!! Lots of blueberries and pineapple and a slight citrusy taste from the lemongrass. So nice and sweet and fruity. I can’t wait to try it iced this summer. Instant favorite.

Oh, wow !

I had tried this one before, but a few nights ago I decided to put more tea for the same amount of water, just to see if it could improve the taste a bit… and it did ! Lots and lots of pear creaminess, amazing !

Right now, I’m having it iced… and I’m going crazy. This is too good to be true !

I don’t know about you guys, but here it’s freaking cold. I was hoping for an early spring but I guess I can forget about that. Maybe even forget about spring altogether. Yet I keep cold-steeping teas, maybe in hopes it tells Mother Nature to hurry up and bring warmth already !

I had a cup of this one hot last night and loved it, as usual, but prepared another cup to let it cold-steep for the night and… oh, my, god ! I think it’s even more amazing cold. First I get all the citrusy and fruity goodness, and then in the aftertaste comes the refreshing spearmint… Just amazing.

It will be a big hit this summer on my patio I’m sure… if summer ever gets here :(

drank Love Tea #7 by DAVIDsTEA

I’ve had this tea countless of times before and for some reason today is the first time I can actually taste the rose in it. Weird ? Maybe the rose comes out more once it cools down a bit and now my tea is almost cold and I’m still drinking it, so… Anyway still a lovely tea especially when I need a sugar fix :)

I got a 1 oz tin of this one totally free by sharing a link on facebook… how amazing is that!?

Best thing is, it’s great, I really enjoy it. I had it hot once and I remember I had liked it, but this morning I’m having it cold and it’s very, very interesting. It’s fruity and light and has a nice white tea base. I might not buy more once my free supply is gone, but I will have some nice moments while it lasts !

Oh, I don’t know…

I was very excited to try this one iced as I had read plenty of reviews saying it was amazing cold. But I’m quite disappointed. I still can’t taste much fruit, mostly only rose. And as much as I usually like my rose green tea, this one doesn’t work much for me. At least not cold.

drank Goji Pop by DAVIDsTEA

I had never tried some iced tea before (I mean, aside from one we buy in cans lol) and even though it’s freaking cold outside, I decided it was time to try it! So I went with Goji Pop because I had been told by one of my friends it was amazing cold. I was a bit worried because I like it so much hot I couldn’t help but think it would taste watered down once cold… not at all! I let it cold steeped all night and it’s amazing with breakfast this morning ! :) It’s really sweet and very fruity. Nice!

I’m quite new to tea. Like many people, the tea brand that got me started into loose leaf tea was Davids Tea. It was about 2 or 3 months ago. My first try was Pumpkin Chai and I was blown away.

I started mostly because I was looking for something that would satisfy my sugar cravings without all the calories, and also for the health benefits. I soon realized the world of tea was way larger than what I originally thought, and I’m glad I’m now a part of it !

I’m way intense when I get into something, so I bought too many kinds of loose tea leaf, trying to figure out which ones I would like best… So far, I mostly enjoy flavoured black, green or oolong teas. Anything floral, fruity, minty or sweet is great. I like dessert teas and also enjoy chai teas. The only thing I can’t stand is rooibos. I’ve tried several blends and I had to either give them away or put them in the trash.

Other stuff I’m into include traveling, language learning, TV series, yoga, Harry Potter, reading, writing, eating too much and hiking.
