Went to a local restaurant for lunch today and ordered hot tea. They brought out a wooden box with many different bagged tea options. This is the one I chose. I like a good oolong. It is a woody oolong, but clean and fresh flavor. Slightly sweet on its own – no bitterness at all. I wasn’t able to find this company online, so I filled in the info from the package (which I had to take with me so I could log this ;) Found it interesting. So apparently it will make me healthy as well as beautiful and delay senility. BONUS!! Hope I don’t have any weird reactions to the tea :)

Interesting! I had to wiki this!

So…does it taste like the bark, itself, the seeds, leaves, or fruit? Or a combo?
I would say the bark. It kind of tastes a bit like what bark smell like, but in a good way. I’m really digging this tea. I might just have to run over and buy the box they have for sale :)

I’m not old enough to worry about the senility thing yet (my husband and son might say differently), but I’m definitely putting it ON THE LIST.
