drank Gingerbread by DAVIDsTEA

To me, this tastes a little bit more like molasses than gingerbread. I did really enjoy this tea. The rooibos base was a good choice with the honeybush. Certainly not a permanent staple, but I would maybe buy more

Fuzzy_Peachkin

I haven’t tried this one yet. Maybe next time I pop into Davidstea, I’ll get a cup.

I do like this one, i think the best of their winter collection.. its between this and coffee cake.. i find coffee cake a little sweet though so i don’t like it as much

drank Choconut Oolong by DAVIDsTEA

This is kind of an of tea. The licorice was an odd addition. I am not really getting any oolong notes and the hazelnut is pretty hidden as well. However, as a chocolate licorice tea, it is fairly good.
95 degrees for 4 minutes
I am not sure how to rate this quite yet

Eggnog latte treat day! This is stellar with eggnog. I really like the caramel and eggnog pairing. There should be a caramel eggnog tea! Frank…..

Seconded. Sounds like a brilliant idea!

Eggnog latte! So amazing on this very cold Saturday morning. I love the smoothness that the coconut adds to this tea. And of course, I like vanilla too, so I really enjoy this tea. Something about it makes it so comforting in the winter, kinda like a warm blanket.

Roswell Strange

That sounds so good! I should really buy some eggnog…

tigress_al

Ya do it! Eggnog is best with chai, or anything caramel

Salted Caramel Eggnog Latte sounds like a brilliant idea… (I have Buttered Rum at home too, though – so maybe that one). It’s sorta family tradition, though, that we don’t buy eggnog until the last week before Christmas. I don’t know how that one started – but maybe now that I’ve moved out and am living on my own it’s time to start a new tradition?

tigress_al

Salted caramel would be delish! Oh yeah, you totally need a new tradition!

I actually really enjoy this rooibos. It is slightly woodsy but not too strong. Those woodsy notes work well here with the orange and pistachio.

This cuppa was nice. There are actual strawberry bits and it tastes fairly natural. There is a definite creaminess. I quite enjoyed it

Silky smooth jasmine with those creamy, white tea, hay notes. I am still enjoying this tea more than a year after ordering it.

caile

I just tried this recently – it’s quite nice!

drank Ginger Rooibos by Butiki Teas

Basically, I got this for when my stomach is upset. I don’t mind the taste of ginger, but it isn’t my fav either. But it is magical for upset stomachs. I would rather drink something natural than take medications, so this will do the trick!

This was very good. Definitely tasted like real carrot and vanilla. I am not getting the “cake” as much but I am definitely liking this. Cream cheese icing would have made this amazing! I know….cream cheese is a super hard flavour to get in tea though.
I always look forward to all of Butiki’s flavoured blends

Bio

Hello,
I am a nurse. I have numerous hobbies: reading, crocheting, crafting, card making, scrapbooking, photography, shopping, and of course drinking TEA!

I started drinking loose leaf tea in Dec. 2010 when I went into a DavidsTea for the first time and have been hooked ever since! My favourite is probably white tea, but I also love black and oolong. I also like a nice relaxing rooibos or herbal in the evening. On Sundays, I like to treat myself and make a tea latte.

My favourite flavours are nutty, vanilla, chocolate, jasmine, tropical, fruity, earl grey.
My dislikes are lavender, rose, hibiscus, banana, and straight green or overly vegetal teas.

I am admittedly fairly generous in my rating scale. Most of my teas I rate at 90 and above, and would re-stock these teas.
Anything under 90 I probably wouldn’t re-stock unless I found a great price.
