I’m not sure of my opinion of sencha, so I always want to try more. It smells nice and green. The flavour is a tiny bit sweet, and reminds me a lot of spinach. Not bad, but I think this something I need to try at a tea house sometime.
Imaricha-cha grown in the heart of mountains in Imari, Saga Prefecture in Kyushu. Perfect balance of umami and deep aroma of sencha.
