From Yunnan Sourcing

Fuding is the home to three famous teas. Bai Hao Yin Zhen (Silver Needles), Bai Lin Hong Cha (aka Golden Monkey), and Bai Mu Dan (aka White Peony). Fuding area teas enjoy fair weather and rich loamy soil giving them a special sweet and fruity quality. Our “White Peony” is harvested from first flush of Spring 2016 harvested tea.

The taste is sweet and fruity, with very little astringency. We recommend brewing with 90C water gong fu style to get the best taste from this wonderful tea!
