From Yunnan Mingxiang Yayuan Tea Purveyors

What happens when you take high quality Bu Lang Mountain wild arbor mao cha and ask one of Menghai’s best fermentation masters to carefully oversee it’s 45 day fermentation process? You get a super high quality ripe pu-erh that has character and intensity that we typically only see in an aged raw pu-erh. Hai Lang’s 2 kilogram Bu Lang Wild Arbor ripe pu-erh brick is definitely a step in the right direction for those who seek a return to the more traditional approach to ripe pu-erh. The results are something the drinker needs to determine for themselves, but with a little aging I am confident you won’t be disappointed! Very new so there is still some “dui wei”, but over the next few months to a year that will dissipate leaving a clean thick flavor and clear tea soup.
