Green Rooibos is the un-oxidized version of the commonly known red rooibos from South Africa. Green Rooios has a smooth herbal flavor making it a pleasant yet mellow herbal brew. Higher in antioxidants, than oxidized Rooibos, green rooibos is reported to assist with nervous tension, allergies and digestive problems.
