From Yogi Tea

A fresh and fruity blend of hibiscus, mint and liquorice, Women’s Energy is a natural way to help refresh the mind and body when experiencing daily fatigue. In Ayurvedic tradition, this herbal blend is used to help relieve stress, support digestion and the effects of improper eating and health habits. Unlike coffee, which gives an immediate rush of hyperactivity and the notorious ‘peaks and valleys’ associated with over-stimulation, this Ayurvedic blend strives to build stamina and provide natural sustained energy. For a perfect infusion, pour freshly boiled water over one teabag. Allow to steep for 7 minutes – or longer for a stronger flavour. Gently squeeze the teabag to let the active ingredients fully release into the water. Enjoy a cup of this delicious infusion any time of day to feel healthy, radiant and energised.

This is probably my favourite tea ever, despite its overpriced teabagginess (and slightly unfortunate name). I wish they’d sell it loose… I love the sweet spiciness. Yum. I found it works great as a before-bed tea, despite the name. It probably makes me energetic when I believe in it though.
