FABULOUS. It is such a wonderfully relaxing tea, you can hardly believe its medicinal. The peppermint is a wonderful addition (and this is coming from someone who rather dislikes mint).

The only downside is that it is mildly caffeinated, so you cannot drink it before bed.

I don’t know how helpful this necessarily is for the immune system, but it’s a decent tasting tea, and perhaps it helps some. A lightly sweet green tea/herbal blend with layered flavor. Contains elderberry, which has been shown to support respiratory health.

I love this tea, if not really for it’s flavor, but for it’s place in my Oh-my-god-I-can-feel-I’m-getting-sick-I-must-stop-this! ritual that I have. It goes like this: Take all of the vitamins and supplements on my sister’s dresser (girl’s got a lot), take a hot shower, drink a glass of ice water and at mug of this with a little honey, take a sleeping pill to force me to get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I’m serious, this works. As for the flavor, I’m not a huge green tea lover, but green tea is not really what I taste when drinking this. It’s got a very minty, anise-y kind of flavor that I think lends itself well to just a little bit of sweetening. I always have this around my house.

So tasty! I love the minty flavour, and this is coming from someone who generally dislikes mint teas. I actually got a couple bags of this tea from a friend when I was feeling sick, it was so soothing. I forgot one in a coat pocket and so am finally drinking it now. I definitely need to pick up some of this tea for myself.
