It’sbeen a few years since I’ve had this one. I used to add milk and powdered cinnamon, and it was one of my favorite things. Since I’ve already had a few teas with milk today, I decided to have this one plain. It doesn’t need sugar since it’s already sweet. You can definitely taste the chamomile, and the second flavor is similar to licorice, but I’m not sure which ingredient it is. This tea has a lot of ingredients! It’s sad to see all these negative reviews, as I quite like this one. Without adding anything, nah it doesn’t taste like caramel, but it’s still a pleasant time, and that’s what’s important.

Haven’t had Yogi teas in a while. I remember most of them being rather restrained and lacking life even when fresh. This one was no exception. It was mostly just a thin, sweet rooibos-caramel-vanilla-nutmeg flavor. Enjoyable enough I guess but definitely not something I’d seek out.

Yogi is a brand that I haven’t explored much, but from the few teas of theirs that I have tried I’ve found them to be along the lines of my experiences with Celestial Seasonings offerings, their teas are very hit or miss.

While there is nothing particularly bad about this tea, there is nothing particularly good about it, either. I do pick up on notes of caramel, but the flavor is far too bland for my liking.

Not one of Yogi’s tea flavors that I’d be likely to try again.

So many ingredients. Yet not much flavor. I don’t taste vanilla or caramel at all. Overall this blends together into boring. Not the worse tea I have had but definitely one that I’ll give away.

If you steep it for awhile, it tastes delicious – almost like pumpkin spice. It also seems to be more effective than other “bedtime” teas that claim to help you fall asleep.

Okay this tea is a big mixture of everything. This has to be one of my least favorite teas, that i have ever tried. It did not give off a good smell to me and the taste was more burnt caramel, that was not soothing at all (to me). I;m not big on herbal teas, so this might just be a personal taste issue.

This is so good! It definitely helps with sleep. The taste is not that spicy but you can taste the cinnamon. Perfect with almond milk.

I got this on sale, and I mainly got it for the L-Theanine supplemented in it. That amino acid with the chamomile makes this to be a pretty potent sleeping potion at least for me. I also like caramel, and the ingredients did not look half bad.

The cup is fairly sweet on its own and the caramel is palpable, but so are the herbs which may be a welcoming sign or a turn off for some people. Again, this stuff knocks me out, but that might not happen for everyone. More of a tea for newbies and those craving sweets at bedtime. For other people, no matter how experienced they may be, might think that the blend of herbals is too distracting, or the sweetener in this is too herbal and artificially replicated.

The one ingredient that I was looking for the most was the caramel and it is the one flavor that I cannot taste no matter how long I steep it. To combat the flavor I add Cold Stone sweet cream. Despite the disappointment about the initial taste, it is a good bedtime tea. After drinking it, I do feel sleepy and relaxed. Most of the time I use 2 bags instead of one.
