From Whittard of Chelsea

Anji Bai Cha is a very special green tea with a wonderfully sweet flavour to be savoured like an exceptional vintage wine. It should be drunk in peace and without distraction, when you have time to enjoy every sip.

Anji Bai Cha is produced in only very limited quantities in the hills of Anji in Zhejiang Province in China. Its name literally means ÔAnji white teaÕ, referring to the colour of the teaÕs very light green leaves, which resemble white jade. The plant itself is very high in amino acids, which give the tea a rich mouth feel and smooth flavour.

With hints of orchid sweetness in its aroma Anji Bai Cha is an exceptional green tea. Incredibly delicate, we recommend using off the boil water, around 70 degrees, as boiling water destroys the flavour.
