An unusual green tea made from 50-80 year old tea trees usually used to produced Pu’erh, it has a sweet grass taste with a bitter finish and a background roasted taste from the kill green processing.

Altitude: 1,650m
Cultivar: Old Yunnan Large leaf
Origin: Huilong Village, Dachang, Dehong, Yunnan, China

Brewing Advice:
- Heat water to roughly 70°C/167°F
- Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup/small teapot
- Brew for 30-45 seconds
