Adlay millet grain (Hatomugi) is rich in iron and vitamin B. Used in Eastern medicine for improving and conditioning the skin and getting rid of freckles, spots and warts.

Refreshing tea, hot or cold. Hoatomugi-cha is a common, everyday healthy beverage, served in homes and restaurants in Japan.

100% pure adley millet tea bags. Contains no additives or artificial colorings.

Makes about 48 cups. Contains 20 tea bags (6 cups per bag).

How to Prepare

Each tea bag makes about 6 cups. Boil water. Put 1 tea bag and brew for 2-3 minutes (do not open tea bags).
