Dry leaf: floral, musty, sweet
Wet leaf: musty, earth, fermentation, autum leaf pile, old books, mud
1x short rinse.
Light steep; I taste/smell: (smell) slight —> earth, fermentation, musty, mud. (taste) light to medium
-→ earth, mud, fermentation, autumn leaf pile.
Medium steep; I taste/smell: (smell) slight —> earth, mud. (taste)
light -→ mud, rocks (?), autumn leaf pile, earth, fermentation.
Heavy steep: I taste/smell: (smell) slight —> earth, fermentation. (taste) medium -→ earth, fermentation, autumn leaf pile, mud.
All in all a yummy tea. Nice flavours/aromas, nice cha qi. A tad teadrunk. All warm inside. Lol. I was surprised that this tea is still kind of strong since it’s aged 10 years give or take a few months. i rate a 95
