Backlog:
Another one from tea tasting, yesterday. Knowing my heavy preference for pu’erh, the folks at Vital Leaf tend to – after serving everyone along the section of counter – simply set the rest of the pitcher of pu’erh in front of me.
I have no qualms with this.
Usually, I prefer the Supreme Yunnan (12 year aged) over this, the Royal (15 year aged), but yesterday it tasted better and richer than I remember, perhaps due to not having drank any for some time. (I think my cupboard no longer has any Royal.)

Sipdown! I have no idea what my tea total is for now, & I’m not even going to try to figure it out until next week. This Shu was sent to me from Spencer, & I’ve been sipping it all afternoon. The main flavor elements were semolina & cedar.
