I already had two cups of this and am starting over to pay more attention…it’s been a busy morning so far! LOL :)

This infuses to a dark maroon color. It doesn’t really have a distinctive aroma but what I can smell is a mellow-medium comforting warm black tea.

This has a medium to medium-stronger black tea base when it hit my tongue. It’s a darker tasting type of malty.

A good straight-up black to have on hand!
Pretty nice!

You’ve been drinking game so many blacks lately. I envy your ability to keep them all straight!

Backlog:

Thank you TeaEqualsBliss for sending me this tea.

A really lovely Assam. Sweet, caramel-y, with nice fruit tones. Malty with hints of a wine-like quality.

It has a bake-y kind of quality to it, like a freshly baked loaf of french bread … you know that warm, caramelized crust that’s chewy and yummy? Yeah … it’s got that kind of yumminess to it.

A really nice Assam.
