Dae-jak grade is a green tea harvested in late May, and while considered a “normal grade” by Korean standards, this fine tea attests to the overall quality of Korean teas. The liquor is very flavorful and has a full mouth feel, light vegetal quality and complex flavor notes hinting of corn silk. A fresh, clean taste and gentle sweetness linger on the palate. Grown without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
