Castleton estate is known to produce the finest Darjeelings. Sumptuous flavor combined with an exqusite bouquet and after taste makes this Darjeeling a unique tea. This Castleton Black tea has the world famous muscatel characteristics which are quite pronounced in the second flush. The muscatel taste is what makes Darjeeling teas the champagne of teas. Not every tea boasts of the citrus “twang” of this nice Castleton. The aroma is suggestive of morning toast spread with marmalade, followed by a chilled glass of champagne.
