Darjeeling White tea is made by drying the selected buds. The minimal processing results in a light liquor with excellent flavour. Significant quantities of flavour is present in the buds when compared to the other parts of the leaf which is what sets up Silver Needles a class apart.It takes almost 40 pluckers to pluck 1 Kg of White Tea which makes it very rare and unique.
