From Theschinois

Origin : Lincang County, Yunnan – China

Harvest Time : First days of Spring. Havested on 12 years old tea trees.

Taste : Thick and round body, long lasting sweetness, refreshing

Brewery : 3-4 gramms of tea leaves for 25cl, use hot but not boiling water (80°C) so you won’t burn the leaves, wait for 20 seconds for the first one.

Recommended teaware : Porcelain, glazed gaiwan, glassware is also an option. On shu (cooked) Pu Er, better choose an yixing clay teapot.
