From The Tea Table

Golden Nepal, grown in the high Himalayan mountain range, is worth trying for its excellent leaf appearance, golden-red cup color and delicate spicy aroma. Slightly fruity notes show its close relationship to Darjeelings but makes a more robust cup. A nice afternoon tea with wide appeal. Good hot or for iced tea. Use one teaspoon per cup and steep 3 minutes in freshly boiled water.

This tea has a light spicy aroma and steeps up to a light amber color. It is stronger than most darjeelings but still has a lighter taste than any breakfast tea I have had. I am not a fan of darjeelings but I like this tea. The tea is slightly fruity and a very nice cup.

The sample I received from The Tea Table were free, about enough tea for 2 cups. This is where I bought my scale which works very well.
