Anhui Wild-Grown Green is a unique, wild-grown green tea from the Huang Shan Mountain region in the Anhui Province of China.

The beautiful, delicate leaves unfurl to yield a very smooth, mild and light-bodied first infusion that is aromatic, fresh and sweet with notes of grass and asparagus.

The second infusion is medium-bodied, smooth, and flavorful with bolder flavors than the first.

This tea is very easy to prepare and is difficult to oversteep – an accidental five minute steeping made it stronger, but there was no bitterness or astringency!

Leaves can be infused multiple times.

Green tea from the Anuhi province in China.
Thin straight leaves that unfurl with each infusion. The liquor is a light goldish-yellowish color when brewed. It brews light, almost like a white tea. The flavors are plant-like. Grassy notes, no floral notes, with a smooth finish.
