Dark green leaves that hold the scent of vegetables hint of artichoke. When steeped the scent becomes more apparent shade of green/yellow emanates from the leaves. The taste is lightly sweet and clean and perhaps deceiving at first but leads into a great everlasting vegetable but refreshing after taste. It takes multiple infusions
