This bloom opened perfectly and it tasted really gorgeous. The silver needles were delicate and the globe amaranth and chrysanthemum added a beautiful floral taste. Stood up to three (fairly lengthy) steeps really well.

Very impressed!

Mmmmmm
It’s kinda really strong but its really good after a few sips to get used to it. It’s fragrent peachy smell makes it all worth the boiling and waiting for it to bloom. The petals are beautiful, and makes me want to eat the flower (which I must regretably say I did). Overall yummy for just before bed time
