From The Essence of Tea

This is a very nice ‘Gong Ting’ grade Shu puerh. The ageing has been particularly good, with the slightest of frosting to the leaves, but no wet storage flavour. The flavour of the fermentation has mellowed and is just detectable, while the leaves retain their vibrancy and the brewed is thick and sweet.

These are in their original sealed boxes, which has helped to age the tea in a very controlled way & provides easy verification of the authenticity of this loose leaf tea.

This tea is very smooth, with a calming, grounding energy. It evolves well over many infusions.
