This is a large hand rolled Green tea is bigger than “Gun Powder tea” and called “Canon Ball tea”. It is picked only from the silvery Leaves, with an abundance of tips and no stems. It has a delicate flavour with a hint of jasmine. The tea leaves are harvested at dawn and withered gently for 12 – 15 hours. This process produces a tea high in anti-oxidants a process similar to the Wulong Teas in China, these teas are characterised by their minimum of fermentation.
