From Teerausch

A lot of time and craftsmanship went into this black tea from the province of Ha Giang in Vietnam. In addition to the harvest, further processing also consists primarily of manual processes. 100-year-old trees form the exciting basis for the Ancient Snow Shan Black. The bud and the two youngest leaves are harvested in the harvest periods from March to May and from September to November.

This black tea develops in its infusions sweet and chocolatey with pleasant fruit notes. Due to a longer roasting process before oxidation, experienced tongues can also taste the gentle roasted aromas.

We recommend multiple infusions in a classic gong fu pot .

Water temperature: 95 °C – Amount: 1-2 teaspoons per cup – Brewing time: 1st infusion: 50 seconds, 2nd-3rd Infusion: 10-20 seconds.

I wouldn’t say this is anything special, but not bad to drink as I work on school stuff.
