I think most packages instuct to steep oolong teas quickly in too hot temperatures. I think it’s best when steeped in around 85 to 90 degrees for less than 3 minutes. I tried 80 and it was too low. The taste is rather watery now.
Tie Kuan Yin is one of China’s most popular teas. IT charms with it’s delicate flowery, fresh and creamy mellow taste.
