From Teavivre

It’s a wonderful experience to see the still scene of the snow-white jasmine petals, which is reminiscent of beautiful snow flowers, floating in the bright yellowish tea liquor let along taking a sip to enjoy its taste. After having been scented and flavored up to 4 times with jasmine blossoms, the pleasant, fresh jasmine aroma and flavor absorbed by the leaves still can be apperceived even after several infusions. Only a few cups of this tea can make your rooms filled with jasmine fragrance. This is the very tea suitable for your leisure time either in your office or at home.

Thank so much, Teavivre! Here comes the anniversary sale, everyone. :D Another gorgeous jasmine green here. Teavivre carries very different and delicious green teas. I can’t say enough about them. I think I like Teavivre’s green teas over their black teas and I drink black tea almost every day, so that is saying something. They carry all of the jasmine teas you could possibly need. This one has the occasional jasmine petal in the mix, as most of the others don’t actually have the jasmine petals within the tea, but the flavor is extremely jasmine in most of the teas anyway. The description says the green tea is scented with jasmine four times and I believe it! The dry scent of the leaves doesn’t seem as jasmine as the amazing burst of flavor in BOTH steeps. So much jasmine! I’m in love! The green tea is just flavorful enough to let you know it’s there with all that lovely jasmine. I think I steeped it perfectly. Perfect for summer, or really any time, especially when you need a mood pick-me-up.

Water: 8oz

Leaves: small green & white leaves w/ jasmine flower petals

Steep: 3m

Aroma: Honeysuckle & Jasmine

Color: Dark Yellow

Clarity: Great

Taste: Upon opening the package the immediate aroma reminded me honeysuckles you see as a kid, sweet & floral. As i measured and put the leave in the pot the jasmine aroma was more present. I also came across a few flower petals which is a nice touch. The first steep had great clarity w/ quite a bit of small leaf particles that escaped my strainer. The jasmine aroma remained through out the brewing process. As for taste i found this tea to be very bitter & couldn’t finish my cup.
