From Teavana

These exceptional white tea leaves were cultivated in the famous ‘garden of peaches.’ They are showered in the Spring with fragrant red peach blossom petals, which give them a rare and delicate flavor. This is an excellent white tea.

This was a very good white tea! It was nice both iced and hot. Great without sweetner, and I imiagine it would be good with sweetener as well. I prefer this to Silver Needle because it has the slightly fruity/peachy undertone as opposed to Silver Needle’s grassy/herbal undertone. Delicious!

I prepared this tea using my Fine-T Gourmet Tea Maker on Setting 7 (160 degress for 5 minutes). Beautiful color and great with or without sweetener. I used German rock sugar to sweeten my second cup.
