This is like drinking sweet cinnamon. I am totally, and completely fine with that. Admittedly, it would be considered to bold and in-your-face for many. But I am a cinnamon fiend!! It isn’t the most unique flavor ever, Bengal Spice celestial seasonings tastes just like this, so I doubt I will repurchase.

Mixed feelings. I enjoy cinnamon but this was a lot of cinnamon. It masks the other flavored to the point of hiding them which is sad but cinnamon is happy. So no rating for now.

Alright, so I have a tea blog but I decided that it would also be beneficial to start putting some tasting notes up on steepster since I drink the teas more than once and I only post reviews on the blog once.

Shameless link (Coletheteaaddict.tumblr.com)

So this tea I have tried many times, each time hoping that I could get my moneys worth and at least have one decent tasting cup (out of the 2 oz minimum that the require you buy). But so far I have been only disapointed, how could they allow a tea like this to come into their collection?

The smell is overpowering, very similar to my glade apple cinnamon air freshener. This has a gross sweetness and an overpowering cinnamon flavor, and I am not getting the flavor of apple at all. I pushed myself through another glass of this, only to be disappointed yet again. Only 2 more mugs of it to go, and I do not look forward to it.

This is a great fall or winter blend. It’s quite spicy, but still very sweet. The smell is fantastic, whenever I brew this I love how my kitchen smells! Overall, it’s a good tea but not completely amazing.

I actually like this tea. Then again, I prefer spicier teas. Despite people’s opinion upon the smell and taste, I find that if you remove a few pieces of the cinnamon from the tea itself before steeping, it comes out better.

The tea has that nice and spicy aroma and taste I prefer, without being too overpowering (after some modifications to the tea mix itself). Overall I find this to be a pretty good tea. Not one I would drink the rest of the year, but definitely one I would drink during winter.

Next time I will forego the 3rd teaspoon of tea in my 16 oz cup and brew for one minute less – the cinnamon was so strong it sort of numbed my tongue out! Really enjoyed the taste of it, though – it will be a great tea to drink through the entire fall/winter season.

Backlogging this was a tea bag hopefully the same tea. Added some sugar. I tasted cinnamon maybe a little clove and Abit of roobios. This tea was a decent tea. Wished it had another tea base. Favorite tea companies?

You might try White Chocolate Peppermint by Celestial Seasonings, a pleasant wintry mint with a hint of chocolate.

Thank you very much Michelle.

Well, steepster is naturally the place to find everyone’s favorites. You could start by just clicking on the ‘teas’ page and seeing what the highest rated teas are…

But also many of those teas on the ‘teas’ page might be discontinued. I have a list of my favorite shops on my profile page anyway?

I was looking for something a it comforting and spicy. I mixed this with caramel truffle hoping to get a caramel apple thing going.

Not quite caramel apple but more of a…. chocolate… cinnamon..? There is a fruity taste but it resembles more of a…. cherry or plum. It’s not bad.. but it’s not the best one I could have picked. It has an aftertaste that’s similar to a hot drink loaded with sugar. Next time I’ll just go with the apple cider by itself.

Taste’s just like apple cider, it’s sweet enough that it never needs any sugar added but is still not overly sweet. One of my favorites.

This is an older sample, but I don’t think I have much interest in trying a newer sample after tasting it. It definitely has a strong flavor of cinnamon and apple, but it’s too sweet and has an odd aftertaste that I dislike.
