I don’t like green tea except when it’s mixed with mint. Then I enjoy it. I like this one except I wish it were more minty. I’d say the balance of green tea to mint is about even so it’s enjoyable. Works with food or as a stand-alone.

I’m having a morrocan mint tea morning. :)

I borrowed my daughter’s ceramic tumbler and made a big morrocan mint with milk and sugar to drink this morning. I have never used this kind of cup before and honestly I see why people like it. :) It’s kept my drink warm for quite a while even tho I’ve been sipping slowly this morning.

I love this tea. I am ordering some Gunpowder from Adagio soon so I can add mint to it and make this. It’s just so good. :) Anyway, upgrading my rating because I’d definitely buy this tea.

Nice minty flavor. Not real strong on the China Gunpowder, which is alright with me. Great as an iced tea. Just sit back and relax and enjoy the summer. Oh, and of course, it makes the tummy feel good when its a little wonky. :-)

Arshness

I need to try Morrocan Mint some time. I have read about it repeatedly. Never tried Gunpowder before in any form. On my to-do list!

Cheri

I’m drinking the Tea Spot’s Moroccan Mint this morning. It’s just such a nice tea blend. Arshess, I could send you a sample of that one, if you wanted.

I’ve had Tea Spot’s Moroccan Mint before and really liked it. I haven’t ordered from them in a long time, maybe when this one runs out, I’ll re-order.

Arshness

Cheri, that would be lovely! Thank you so much for offering.
I’m happy to return a sample if you see anything in my cupboard you’d like (that I have enough to send a sample of, which is most of them, but just to say…)

Cheri

It was actually the Moroccan Mint sample that you sent me from The Tea Spot that got me to place my first order with them, carol. I’m really happy with everything I’ve gotten from them. I need to place another order because I’m just about out of Red Rocks and that’s a go to night time tea for me.

Mrph… not very good. With spearmint listed as the mint I expected a little more 52teas Graveyard Mist type flavors. The green tea is kind of dark, flat and heavy for a green, overpowering the after thought of mint. The mint really hides. I don’t think I have had a mint that wasn’t bright and flavorful before. Way to wreck it Teavana.

This tea serves it’s purpose well. Light, refreshing, and invigorating. The cost effectiveness justifies this as a staple in my tea collection. I can’t wait to try this iced.

I wasn’t overly impressed with this tea, it smelled very good, but when I actually made it, it tasted like regular green tea I would buy at the grocery store. It wasn’t very minty which really disappointed me, when I want mint tea, I need some a substantial amount of mint flavor.

… this tea is disappointing :( it smelt so good. I do not want it to go to waste. I’ve mixed a bit with sakura allure.. which made it a bette better. However, I tried mixing it with others. I find that the tea is tasteless and I won’t be purchasing anymore.
