From Tearunners

Another winner from the master tea makers at Lumbini, this strong and crisp orange pekoe steeps to a bright reddish full-bodied liquor.

Its leaves are rolled and twisted, creating a grainy Ceylon black tea, lingering on the palate with broad malty notes and an unsubtle vigour for the black tea lovers.

Pick out its underlying sweetness as you enjoy it on its own, or pair it with milk and sweetener.

i adore this tea. it is silky, robust and tastes lovely with milk. there’s a hint of sweetness but not so much as to overwhelm the inherent Ceylonesqueness of it. if i didn’t have so many different teas to choose from, i can easily imagine drinking this as my regular tea. it’s perfect for mornings. it’s gentle but still strong.
