From Tealish

Keemun Superior black tea is often referred to as the “Burgundy of Teas”, a worthy title for this tea, with its rich notes of red wine, orchid and cocoa. Keemun is a famous Chinese tea from the Anhui province of China, and is named after an older Western spelling of Qimen county (pronounced \“Chee-men\”) in reference to where this tea is produced. Keemun Superior black tea has small and slender black leaves, and the infusion produces a tea liquor that is full-bodied, with many subtle notes and a rich, aromatic bouquet

New tea this morning. Don’ recall much about it beyond the fact that i drank it all and finished it before i realised that i had ha! That’s generally an indication that it’s a pretty average cup of tea in my books – not bad, not complex but absolutely drinkable :)

“Where’d that whole cup go?” is a very accurate barometer! (That, or I’m just hopelessly forgetful! :)

Sil

no no, i’m with you on that one!
