From Tealish

One of our favourite rooibos blends inspired by the finest flavours and aromas from the Provence region of France. Organic rooibos mixes with elderberries, luxurious French lavender, rosemary and pink peppercorns for a delightful infusion with rich notes of currant and berry.

Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free, and can be enjoyed day or night.

This Rooibos blend makes a delicious iced tea!

Brewing Instructions: Rooibos tea can be infused for as long as you like. We recommend steeping Rooibos Provence for 4-6 minutes in boiling water. Use 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 6-8oz of water.

This is an awesome rooibos. Slightly floral with a zing, and a barely noticeable bitter edge (moreso as it cools).
The fruity part plays nicely with the floral, creating a candy like taste. Not quite cotton candy, but definitely something fluffy and soft!
When I run out of rooibos blends to try, this will be on my repurchase list.
and yes, I can hear you all chuckling. AS IF there will ever be a shortage of teas to sample. Ha!

I dropped by tealish last? weekend or maybe it was the weekend before. Sadly I left rather unimpressed with their store. I think what concerned me most was how WARM the store was…and with all that tea sitting there in the warmth. Not only that I’m not as big a fan when i can’t have smaller sizes or when I have to ask them to take down canisters for me (especially when it’s busy). We’ll see though…maybe i’ll have to “borrow” some of your favs from them…

I hear you on that. Usually it is really cold in there so I guess they have furnace issues??
Since I don’t make it out there very often, I only have maybe three of their teas. This one was a free sample they gave me. You’re welcome to have some! :)
