From Tealirious Tea Shoppe

Our Lushan Clouds and Mist Green Tea, also known as Lu Shan Yun Wu in China, comes from tea gardens on picturesque Lushan mountain. The tea is picked as one bud with one or two leaves, that form curly and tight strips after processing. It produces a light-green infusion with brisk and refreshing taste and surprisingly sweet aroma, with a hint of roasted cashews.

Hand-picked in Jiujiang, Jiangxi, China, in April 2014. Jiangxi shares the borders with Anhui and Fujian provinces and lies in the centre of tea growing belt of southeast China. Tea growing on mount Lu (Lushan) in the northern part of the province can be dated back to fourth century. The mountain with the highest peak of 1473 m is is covered with clouds and mist more than 190 days in a year, which creates unique conditions for growing high quality teas, more typical for 2,000 m+ mountains.
