This is a highly sought after organic green tea variety from Barnesbeg – a prized asset from the Goodricke group. This Darjeeling Green Tea combines the medicinal properties of Green teas with the exquisite flavor of Darjeeling Teas and is 100% Organic in nature. This tea offers nice, medium floral character with light to medium astringency, with notable sherry wine/muscatel accents that enliven and adds interest to your cup.

Barnesbeg tea estate is owned by the Goodricke Group, located in picturesque settings of the North Darjeeling area. This tea estate was originally established by Christine Barnes in 1871 and an elevation ranging from 238 to 975 meters. The tea plantations cover over 130 hectares, while the estate in itself spans over 282 hectares. The Barnesbeg tea estate produces some of the finest Darjeeling Black teas and Darjeeling Green teas.
